Delete My Account

Deleting your Memodock account is permanent and cannot be undone. This page explains how to delete your account based on your subscription status.

For Free Users

If you're on a free plan, you can delete your account directly from your profile settings. Go to Settings > Profile and click the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the page.

For Users with Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, you'll need to cancel the auto-renewal before deleting your account. Go to Settings > Subscription to manage your subscription and cancel auto-renewal. Once your subscription is canceled, go to Settings > Profile to delete your account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, all your personal data will be removed within 30 days, including your decks, flashcards, and study progress. For more details about data retention and deletion, please see section 7.2 of our Privacy Policy .
